Hint Charging My Card Without Permission — Never Signed Up, Never Used It

Without my knowledge or consent, $59 has been charged to my credit card every month by “Hint.” I have never used the app and I don’t even know what I supposedly subscribed to. I only learned about these charges through my bank statement—there is no membership request, no subscription approval email, and no contract from me.

I have not contacted Hint about this issue until now. I want to make it clear that these charges were made entirely without my knowledge and that I have never used any service from them.

I urgently request that these unfair and high-amount charges be stopped immediately, and that all payments taken from me so far be fully refunded.
