The Pheia Refused My Return for a Misleadingly Stamped Hermés Model Ring

On September 20, 2025, I ordered a Hermés-style ring from The Pheia website. The product description stated that it was made of 925 sterling silver (Order No: 13790). The item was delivered to me on September 23, 2025. However, the ring does not have a silver stamp, and instead, the inside of the ring is engraved with “Hermes Au 750”. Since the ring is not 18K gold, this engraving is highly misleading and incorrect.

I never used the product and immediately attempted to return it. I sent two emails to the site, but I have not received any response. The website has no phone number, and communication is only available via email—yet returns are not being accepted. I paid ₺2,097 for the product by credit card, and the invoice was sent to me by email.

The item I received does not match the product description and contains deceptive information. I am requesting a full refund and expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
