Kate Spade Overcharged Me & Refused Refund

I bought something from Kate Spade Turkey on January 18, 2024. The prices of the products were shown in Turkish Lira, and the total amount of my order came to ₺1,564. I got an extra discount when I checked out, which brought down the total cost of my order to ₺1,486. But they ended up charging my card a total of ₺7,816.67. The payment was deducted in US dollars without any discount. I've been trying to cancel my order by sending several emails through the contact section, but I haven't gotten any response. I kindly request that you cancel this incorrect transaction and provide me with a refund of my money.
