Shein Refund Not Received - "Refund Issued" Status but No Payment

I placed an order and promptly canceled it prior to it being shipped. I was told that the refund would be processed within 30 minutes. However, even though Shein's account shows a "refund issued" status, I have yet to receive any payment.

I submitted the refund request after canceling the order, but it has been stuck in a "processed" status for the past two weeks. I'm really worried about this delay and the fact that I still haven't received my refund.

Kindly prioritize this matter and promptly provide a solution. I'm experiencing financial difficulties because of this unresolved refund problem.
