Helppay Charged Me via Pay One Without My Consent and I Don’t Know What to Do

I’m only 14 years old, and I’ve noticed that Helppay has withdrawn ₺30 from my account through something called Pay One. I also saw other unclear transactions labeled “Pro” that I don’t recognize or remember authorizing. I honestly have no idea who made these payments or what they were for. This is really worrying, especially since I’m underage and don’t fully understand how to fix this on my own.

I told my family about it, but I haven’t received any help or guidance yet. I feel completely lost and frustrated. I don’t want to lose any more money, and I’ve even heard others have lost as much as ₺1,000 in similar situations.

If anyone has experienced something like this, please reply. I need support, and I’m asking Helppay to stop these unauthorized charges and refund my money immediately. Please help me resolve this before more damage is done.
