I purchased the Helly Hansen Gobi 2 HT outdoor shoes on March 11, 2024, expecting durability for the high price I paid. However, within just two months of regular daily use, the stitching began to fray, and tears appeared on the fabric. For a product marketed as durable and sold at this price point, this level of wear and tear in such a short time is extremely disappointing. I expected far better quality from Helly Hansen. I request an immediate resolution, either a replacement or a refund, as this is unacceptable for footwear that should withstand normal use. Helly Hansen, please address this issue promptly and ensure higher quality standards in your products.
