For the past 4 days, I have been experiencing a messaging problem on the HelloTalk app where my messages are not being delivered to any users. To fix the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the app and also checked my internet connection, but nothing changed. My account is registered under the username “Im_melek68,” and I am using a Redmi Note 9 device. I contacted customer service, but the responses I received did not resolve the issue. I request that my messaging problem be urgently resolved, that my account be thoroughly reviewed, and that compensation be provided for the inconvenience I have experienced.
