I Got Banned on Litmatch After Responding to Harassment and Lost Access to My Device

Last night, while using the Litmatch app on my Redmi 12 device, I responded firmly to someone who was sending me inappropriate and sexually explicit messages. Instead of moderating the actual harasser, Litmatch banned both my account (linked to u****************@gmail.com**) and my device. This outcome is extremely upsetting, especially considering I have never violated any community guidelines before. I was simply defending myself against repeated verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior.
This is the first time I’ve encountered an issue like this, and I believe I’ve been unfairly penalized. I don’t have any Premium membership or paid services linked to my account. I haven’t yet contacted the Litmatch support team through the app because I no longer have access. That’s why I’m reaching out here directly.
I urgently request that Litmatch review this situation, unblock my account and device, and take appropriate action against the actual offender. I expect a clear explanation and a prompt resolution, whether temporary or permanent. I genuinely feel victimized by this decision and want to see the platform take steps to protect—not punish—those who stand up against harassment.
