I Can’t Apply as Teacher on HelloTalk and Support Not Responding

I am writing because I am experiencing an issue with the HelloTalk mobile app on Android regarding submitting my application as a teacher. I would like to be recognized on the platform based on the languages I speak, but I have not been able to find the correct page or form where I can submit my application.
I started trying to apply today, and when I could not find the application page, I contacted HelloTalk support through the in-app support section. However, I have not received any response so far, so my issue remains unresolved and I still cannot complete my application.
I kindly request that you provide me with the correct and up-to-date link or clear instructions on where I can submit my teacher application so that I can apply properly and be recognized on HelloTalk based on my language skills. I also ask for your assistance in resolving this issue, as I need guidance. I plan to learn German in the future, and as a teacher, I would truly appreciate your help.
