Unable to Recover or Create New HelloTalk Account – No Support Response

I had to delete my HelloTalk account, but now I want to reactivate it and am unable to do so. I even tried creating a new account, but that didn’t work either. I reached out to HelloTalk support via email, but there’s been no response, which is incredibly frustrating.
I need help recovering my old account or assistance in setting up a new one, as this issue is preventing me from using the app. HelloTalk, please respond and provide guidance on how to regain access to my account or start fresh.
