Lilith Games Farlight Diamond Refund Denied – No Response from Support

I purchased diamonds in the Farlight game and now want to request a refund. I initially tried through Google, but my request was denied. I also contacted Farlight directly, but I haven’t received any response from them. I’m unsure how to proceed with the refund, and I’m frustrated that I can’t get in touch with anyone. The diamonds are still unused in my account, and I regret making this purchase. Lilith Games, please provide a solution for this issue and help process my refund as soon as possible. It’s unacceptable to receive no support for something like this.
