I Want Happn to Review My Closed Account Again
My Happn account has been closed for approximately 1–2 years without any stated reason, and I have been unable to access it. During this time, I do not believe I committed any violation of the platform’s rules. However, I have never received a clear explanation as to why my account was banned.
When I contacted Happn support to understand the situation and request that my account be reopened, I was given a definite response stating that the account would not be restored. However, no specific information was shared about which rule I had supposedly violated. This lack of transparency is both confusing and unfair from a user’s perspective.
I request that my Happn account, which I believe was unfairly closed, be reviewed again and, if possible, reopened. At the very least, I ask that the reason for the account closure be explained to me clearly and in detail.
