Update the app;

Clear cache (Android);
• Settings → Apps → Happn → Storage
• Tap “Clear Cache” (not Clear Data)
• Reopen the app
Reinstall the app;
• Delete Happn
• Restart your phone
• Reinstall from official store
• Log in again
Check account security;
• Make sure:
– Your Facebook/Google/Apple session is active
– Your linked account isn’t disabled
• Log out and back into the linked account separately
