Happn keeps logging me out randomly, how can I fix this issue?

If Happn keeps logging you out randomly and you want to fix the issue;

Check your login method first;

• Open Happn → Try logging in
• Note:
– Login method used (Facebook / Phone / Apple / Google)
– Any error message shown
• Screenshot the error

Update the app;

• Go to App Store / Google Play
• Check for updates
• Install the latest version
• Restart your phone

Clear cache (Android);

• Settings → Apps → Happn → Storage
• Tap “Clear Cache” (not Clear Data)
• Reopen the app

Reinstall the app;

• Delete Happn
• Restart your phone
• Reinstall from official store
• Log in again

Check account security;

• Make sure:
– Your Facebook/Google/Apple session is active
– Your linked account isn’t disabled
• Log out and back into the linked account separately

Disable VPN or unstable networks;

• Turn off VPN
• Switch between WiFi and mobile data
• Ensure stable connection

Check for multiple device logins;

• Logging in on multiple devices may trigger auto logout
• Stay logged in on one device

Contact Happn Support;

• Explain random logouts
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Device model
– OS version
– App version
– Screenshot of error

If the issue continues without resolution, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
