Happn Overcharged My Card Despite Showing Lower Price
On October 6, 2025, I purchased a Premium membership on the Happn app after seeing a “discounted price of $5 USD” on the homepage. However, during the payment process, $9 USD was charged to my card. The payment was made through Ziraat Bank, and I have the receipt. My Premium membership is currently active and I’m not experiencing any access issues, but there is a significant difference between the discounted price shown in the app and the amount that was charged.
I have not yet contacted Happn customer service about this issue. I am requesting a refund for the extra amount that was charged.
