Hankook Tires with Cracks After Two Seasons?

It's hard for me to believe that the parts of my Hankook tires that come into contact with the rim already have cracks in them after I've only used them for two summers of driving. I became aware of the problem in November 2022, when I had my winter tires mounted, and I promptly turned them in under warranty. On the other hand, according to the report that I obtained, the cracks in the area around the heel were caused by heat. That is the most absurd assertion possible! My tires could not have overheated because I am a responsible driver who always follows the rules of the road. It is unfortunate that the Hankook tires that we purchased turned out to be of such poor quality. I insist that this problem be solved in the appropriate manner.
