HalalBooking’s ‘Halal’ Hotel Was Full of Alcohol and Nudity

We booked a hotel through HalalBooking, trusting the name itself — expecting a truly halal and Islamic-friendly experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered had nothing to do with Islamic values.

The hotel was surrounded by alcohol everywhere, and the foreign guests’ clothing was extremely inappropriate for a family-friendly, faith-conscious environment.
Frankly, the level of nudity made it impossible for us to even use the pool.
In addition, the costumes and outfits used during the hotel’s entertainment shows were also highly inappropriate and disrespectful to the conservative environment we expected.
