HalalBooking Downgraded Our 5-Star Hotel to a 4-Star — Lied About Closure
We made a reservation through HalalBooking for August 27 to September 3. Some members of our group even purchased flight tickets from Germany, and full payment was made in advance.
Just one week before our trip, we were told that our booking at Simurg Hotel was canceled due to a health-related issue at the property. To avoid losing our flight tickets, we were transferred to Atlat Beach Hotel.
However, we were moved from a 5-star hotel to a 4-star hotel for the same price, which is unfair. When we arrived, we discovered that Simurg Hotel was actually open and operating, with no health-related closure at all.
We even called the hotel directly, and they confirmed that HalalBooking was responsible for this misinformation.

This situation is unacceptable — we did not get what we paid for, and we expect this mistake to be corrected immediately.
