HalalBooking Left Me Stranded at Night After Confirming a Fake Reservation

I made a reservation through HalalBooking for September 9–11. The reservation was confirmed, and I even received a confirmation email stating that the booking was successful. The payment was charged to my account as well.
However, when I arrived at the hotel late at night to check in, the hotel staff informed me that they do not work with HalalBooking. I immediately tried to call HalalBooking customer service, but was met with a recorded message saying that they were closed outside of working hours.
It was 11 p.m., and we were left standing outside the hotel with our luggage, unable to check in anywhere.
This system took my money, sent me a confirmation, but left me stranded with no assistance and no place to stay.
I urgently demand that HalalBooking contact me immediately and resolve this issue, as I have been seriously inconvenienced and left without accommodation through no fault of my own.
