On October 16, 2025, I purchased a Haier XF 6B2M3PW dishwasher from Hepsiburada for ₺23,097 using my credit card. The installation was completed by an authorized Haier service team at my home in Batıkent, Ankara.
However, immediately after installation, when I tried to run the dishwasher for the first time, it displayed an “E04” error code and completely failed to operate. I haven’t yet contacted Haier customer service or the service center, but I plan to do so first thing in the morning.
Experiencing such a major fault on the first use of a brand-new appliance is completely unacceptable. I therefore request a full refund and immediate product return, as this situation has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.
