Haier Dishwasher XF4A4M4PX Leaves Water and Foam on Dishes and I Got No Help

On 08/09/2024, we purchased a Haier XF4A4M4PX model dishwasher for ₺26,999 from Arçelik store located in "Ankara Eryaman Göksu Shopping Mall". Before buying, the store representative described the machine so well that we overlooked other brands and decided to buy this one. The installation was completed, but during the very first use, we noticed water puddles and foam both inside the dishwasher and on the washed dishes, so we called the service. The service told us to try using different programs with rinse aid, which we did, but it didn’t solve the problem. When we went back to the store and requested a replacement, they said they couldn't do that and that we needed to request a service visit. We called the service again, and this time they told us to change the detergent, which made no sense to us, but we tried that too. Despite repeating the same steps, we had no success. We encountered this issue with a machine that is only 10 days old. I urgently request that my machine be replaced with a different model or that it be returned and my money refunded.
