I purchased a Haier washing machine about eight months ago and it has been causing me nothing but trouble. So, after about four months, this machine I've been using started leaking water from the bottom. Can you believe it? I finally managed to reach customer service and a technician showed up after five days to resolve the issue by replacing a defective component. But after four months, the water pump decided to call it quits. The darn machine just quit on me 'cause it couldn't get enough water. I had to deal with the frustrating customer service process once more and could only secure a technician appointment four days from now. I'm so frustrated with this never-ending loop of equipment failures, endless phone calls to customer service, and countless visits from technicians. It's quite evident that Haier products lack in terms of quality. They're just not worth the investment, in my opinion.
