Haier Customer Service Could Not Provide a Clear Installation Date
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way Haier’s Turkey operation handles product installation and to request that Haier Europe urgently intervene in this matter. For the last 2 days, the installation of my Haier device has not been taken seriously, and I have not received the professional support I expected from the Turkish side. Despite my expectation that installation would be arranged and completed properly, Haier Turkey has shown an unprofessional attitude and has not taken responsibility for ensuring that the device is installed as it should be. This situation has left me without proper use of the product and has seriously damaged my trust in the Haier brand in Turkey. I kindly ask Haier Europe to review the behavior and service quality of the Turkey branch regarding installation services and to ensure that my device’s installation is carried out promptly and correctly. I also expect measures to be taken so that other customers do not experience similar problems in the future.
