I Report Warranty Issue And Service Neglect On Candy Washing Machine
I purchased a Candy washing machine in 2023, and it is under warranty until 2026. Despite this, when I contacted the Candy service center in Şanlıurfa regarding a recent malfunction, they told me that my product does not appear under warranty. Confused by this conflicting information, I called Candy's main support line, where they clearly confirmed that my washing machine is still covered by warranty.
Unfortunately, despite several calls and explanations, no technician has visited to inspect or repair the product. I am left struggling with a broken appliance, unable to do my laundry, and there has been no follow-up from your company. This situation has caused significant disruption to my daily life and frustration due to the lack of proper customer service.
I feel completely abandoned and unheard as a consumer. I purchased your brand expecting reliability, but the reality has been the opposite. I demand immediate repair of my washing machine under warranty coverage, along with an official explanation for this poor service experience.
