I bought a dress from the H&M Turkey online shop. I got it on June 1, 2023, but it didn't fit, so I sent it back on June 16, 2023. But H&M Turkey sent the item back to me, saying that it was dirty and smelled like sweat. The item was returned with the tag still on it and had not been used. When I checked, it didn't smell of anything, not even perfume. It is already a winter dress, so you can't wear it now in the summer. It's a very big lie. This is the first time in my life that someone has said something like this about me, and I want this to be fixed right away.
