I bought products through H&M online using my first member discount, they never exchange the product, they never return the product from the store, you can only return the product by shipping. I returned my product online, I bought it from the store because there is no size in the store, the store price is different, just because the store did not change, I suffered a loss of 300 TL today, I never thought a brand like H&M would be so bad, I would never shop again, and I don't recommend it to anyone
