Gulf Insurance Offers Voucher Instead of Fixing

The screen on the Philips television I purchased from Vatan Bilgisayar has completely disappeared after only three years. When it came time to use the extended warranty, Gulf Insurance directed me to their service center. Today, I received a message informing me that the repair will not be possible, and instead, they have given me a gift voucher for 5,600 liras. Nonetheless, the contract makes it abundantly clear that they are required to replace the product in such circumstances. I am determined to pursue legal action in order to find a suitable solution, but in the meantime, I strongly advise everyone to avoid these misleading extended warranties in order to avoid dealing with problems of this nature.
