Gulf Insurance Broken Trust and Unfair Practices

Good day? No, I won't offer such pleasantries as I have a complaint to make regarding a question about the essence of insurance and its purpose. Insurance companies, what is your aim? Why do we purchase insurance? Is it to disregard customer satisfaction and show a complete disregard for necessary diligence when faced with a "theft" situation? Your vision is evident when such circumstances arise. You acknowledge the documents I've provided, yet you claim they fall outside the coverage conditions and proceed to deny my claim. Why do you conceal the content of insurance policies and use ambiguous wording? If something happens and one becomes a victim, you swiftly deny the claim, stating it falls outside the coverage conditions. Then why should I pay for insurance in the first place, knowing that theft, breakage, and all sorts of incidents can occur? You advocate for insurance to prevent being a victim, but once insurance is obtained, you conveniently introduce conditions that were never mentioned before, leading to denial of claims. You deceive people, perpetuating their suffering, engaging in these wrongful acts, allowing opportunities for abuse and the proliferation of unfortunate situations. The purpose of insurance, I believe, is to focus on finding solutions for such potential problems, establishing a trustworthy environment in the face of hardships and grievances. However, you have once again proven me right with your actions, as I was against obtaining insurance from the start. I pray to God that you and those who engage in these deceitful practices do not succeed in consuming undeserved money. May God deal with them for causing pain to others through these wicked deeds. I have nothing further to say. I do not forgive those who have wronged me. I will also file a complaint with consumer rights authorities.
