I bought a suitcase from Guess's online store, but it's been a whole month and my order still hasn't shown up. Even after trying to reach out to them through email several times, I still haven't heard back from them. Considering your company's lack of responsiveness, I'm having second thoughts about making any future purchases. If you have a website, it's important to make sure that customers are well-informed or given a heads up about any delays. I think it's really unfair how customers are being treated.
