I got the product delivered by DHL, but I was surprised when they told me I had to pay an extra ₺800 for customs fees and couldn't receive it. When I called customer service, they told me that because the item is from another country, I have to pay customs fees. They said that there was information about this when I placed the order. I didn't get any info about that, and if I had known, I wouldn't have placed the order. When I asked for a refund, they told me that I'll have to wait for at least a month because they'll only process it once the product reaches their international warehouses.
