I Face Guess Sneaker Squeaking Noise Issue and Request Replacement

I purchased a brown men’s leather sneaker-style shoe from Guess. I placed the order through the online store on November 21, 2025, and received the product on November 23, 2025. I started wearing the shoes about 1–2 months after delivery and used them without any issues for a while. However, over the past 2–3 weeks, the shoes have started making a loud and uncomfortable squeaking noise while walking.
At first, I thought the noise would go away over time, so I waited, but the issue persisted and now occurs every time I wear them. Because of this, I took the shoes to two different Guess stores for inspection. Unfortunately, neither store processed my request and instead directed me to the online channel. No solution was offered in-store, and I was simply told they could not assist me.
Since I believe this issue falls under warranty, I am requesting that the product be properly inspected for a possible manufacturing defect and that my shoes be replaced with a new pair.
