On August 5, 2025, I purchased a pair of Under Armour Charged Edge Khaki shoes from supplementler.com (Order No: 95091509). From the very first time I wore them, the rubber sole started making an annoying “squeak-squeak” sound on every surface I walked on. This issue continues persistently and makes it very uncomfortable to wear the shoes.
I contacted supplementler.com’s customer service about the issue, but they said that a return or exchange was not possible. However, the product is brand new, I have the invoice, and it should be covered under warranty.
I am requesting a full refund to resolve this inconvenience and unfair situation.
