Under Armour Phade RN 3 Shoes Make Loud Squeaking Noise After 3 Months

On December 30, 2025, I purchased a pair of Under Armour Phade RN 3 shoes on Amazon for approximately $58. In less than three months, the shoes started making an extremely uncomfortable “squeaking” noise with every step. I used the shoes for running on a coastal track, averaging 45 minutes to 1 hour per day. Even though there is no visible damage, it is very clear that the noise is coming from the connection between the insole and midsole, and due to this apparent defect, I can no longer use the shoes.
Before my upcoming vacation, I would like this issue to be resolved. I request that the product be accepted as defective and either refunded or replaced with a problem-free pair. My order and customer details from Amazon are already available in their system, and I ask that my request be reviewed based on this information.

I tried to contact Amazon to return it, but it was rejected as misuse?! How is a shoe that I only use on the beach running path in the mornings considered misuse? Amazon surprised me. I will never buy Under Armour products from Amazon again.

I think a different customer representative solved my issue; it can vary from one representative to another.
