Guess Watch Repaired Twice But The Same Fault Returned, Request Refund

On 18.03.2026, I purchased a Guess brand watch with model number GUGW0655L2 from the Saat&Saat store located in Akdeniz Park AVM in Mahmutlar, Alanya, Antalya. From the first days of use, the watch started to go back by approximately half an hour to one hour every day. On 22.05.2026, I delivered the watch to the same store and was informed that it would be sent under warranty for repair and part replacement. The watch stayed in service for about two months, and I was told that it had been repaired. I received the watch back on 23.06.2026. However, within less than a month, the same malfunction reoccurred and the watch again started going back daily. Because of this, I delivered the watch to the store once more on 27.07.2026. Despite repair under warranty, the same problem has repeated in a short time and I have lost my trust in this product. I request that the price I paid for the watch be fully refunded.
