I bought my Guess brand wallet from Izmir Optimum Guess store in Turkiye. The condition of the product is as attached. I took it to the store, but when I bought the wallet, they said they couldn't help because Optimum Guess, which was a regular store, turned into an outlet store. I also contacted customer service. We had e-mail traffic with Ms. N**. They offered me the following offer: "A coupon of 15% of the price of the product you bought from the store will be created, which you can use only on Guess. EU. In addition, a 15% discount code will be sent to you." But Guess. EU website shopping takes place abroad. I could not understand what they wanted to do by presenting a funny figure like 15 percent to me. What is the point of making such an offer when there is already an 18 percent tax on online shopping? I trusted and bought a wallet from your brand, it was shattered. It gives me a gift of 71.85 TRY when calculated over the product price. 71 TRY! When I bought the product, this product was 479 TL on 08.07.2022. Inflation like when I bought it? Dollar? Euro? If you had given me this 71 TL discount at that time, it would have worked for me. What about now? I guess I don't even need to write down the price of the cheapest wallet on Guess right now. I have no expectations from you. I just want to point out that I am very disturbed by his attitude and behavior. We don't need your charity. Oh, from now on, I will not recommend myself or any of my family to buy anything from Guess. Thanks.
