As time passed, the warranty expired without me being able to enjoy the watch. When I sent it for the third time, they demanded ₺1550, blaming it on "user error." Why should I pay for a flawed product due to your subpar coating? You're selling defective items and shifting the blame onto the customer. I urgently demand a refund or a replacement for the watch damaged by your inferior coating.
