The Samsung watch 5 44mm product I bought was received on 04.05.2023, I used the product for only 5 days, on 10.05.2023, on the 6th day, I took it to Ankara Sincan authorized service Arım Teknik due to the paint between the screen and the case, I requested the replacement of the defective goods, I left the watch 5, the service responded that your repair request was canceled, I asked the Samsung customer representative for the answer, he said that the hardware tests of the device were done and there was no problem. I say that the paint is throwing between the case and the glass, the hardware test is being done, as if kidding, I demand Samsung to replace the defective device urgently, I will not receive the device from the authorized service, if the replacement is not provided, I will take judicial action.
