I purchased a Guess men’s wristwatch on January 21, 2024, and last month it began fogging up from the inside. I sent it to the technical service at Emar Mall four weeks ago with the warranty card and receipt. After two weeks, they returned it, stating the water seal was replaced. However, the watch started fogging again as soon as I left the store.

I sent it back to the service once more, and today I received it with the same issue. Again, they replaced the water seal, but the fogging reappeared immediately. Since I purchased it from Gündoğdu Saat, they refuse to offer a replacement.

How does a product that hasn’t even been exposed to water properly start fogging within seven months? I expect Guess to take responsibility for this defective product and issue a replacement promptly. This level of service and quality is unacceptable for the price I paid.
