Gucci Guilty Love Edition Perfume Loses Scent Within Minutes
On June 13, 2026, at approximately 5:00 p.m., I purchased a Gucci Guilty Love Edition perfume from the Boyner store at Vadi Istanbul for approximately $143. However, I have been extremely dissatisfied with the product since I started using it. Just a few minutes after applying the perfume, the scent completely disappears, with virtually no longevity or projection whatsoever.
I made this purchase because I trusted Boyner’s reputation and expected the products it sells to be authentic and free from quality issues. Despite this, I was extremely disappointed that the perfume loses its scent so quickly. I believe the product may be from a defective production batch or that its formula may have deteriorated due to improper storage conditions. I have a bank transaction receipt dated June 13, 2026, showing the time as 5:00 p.m. and the payment amount of approximately $143.
When I contacted the Boyner store regarding the problem, my complaint was dismissed with the statement that such a situation could not be possible. As an established company that claims to value customer satisfaction, I expected Boyner to take my concerns seriously and properly investigate the issue.
I request that the perfume I purchased be sent to the authorized importer or manufacturer for a thorough inspection regarding its quality and longevity. Depending on the results of the investigation, I request either a replacement product or a full refund. I expect the necessary action to be taken and ask Boyner to contact me promptly in order to resolve this matter and address my concerns as a customer.
