My Grundig TV Fails to Connect to Internet for a Year

My Grundig TV has been consistently failing to connect to the internet for the past year. Despite multiple service visits and repairs, the problem only lasts two days after each fix. I've used my legal rights to request a replacement, but they've refused. 15 service visits have resulted in no results. Another example is a shaver I bought, which broke after only two days. Although a replacement was provided, the same problem reappeared within a month. Due to the high cost of the TV, it appears that they are hesitant to offer a replacement or refund. I beg them to find a permanent solution to this ongoing ordeal and relieve me of this mounting stress.

Two days ago, the TV that had been in service for 10 days was returned, supposedly fixed. I told the people who brought it to turn it on so we could see. It wasn't fixed. When I asked if they were messing with me, they said, "We tested it; there must be something in your house, maybe a jammer or something." They spent an hour trying to figure it out and then brought another TV from their car that belonged to someone else, which worked without any issues. We parted ways without resolving the problem, saying we'd meet again next time. Grundig representatives are still insisting on not replacing it, and I will continue to shame them at every opportunity.
