Arçelik TV: White Lines on Screen and No Picture on YouTube/Netflix

Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint regarding my broken Arçelik TV; nonetheless, I am still unhappy with the way it was handled. We initially saw green and white lines on the TV screen when we turned it on. Changing channels, though, brought the image back to normal.
We brought the TV to the Arçelik Başakşehir location to stop the issue from escalating. Additionally, we mentioned that while there was sound on both YouTube and Netflix, there was no visual. Despite their apparent lack of expertise, two employees arrived at our house and removed the television.
We discovered a white mark on the screen when receiving the TV back. The employees persisted in ignoring the mark, even when we demonstrated its absence. We returned the television to Arçelik because we would not accept it. Nevertheless, we were subsequently informed that ₺10,000 more would be required to get it fixed.
The manner Arçelik has dealt with our matter has left us quite dissatisfied. We adamantly deny any damage to the TV upon shipment. Arçelik, please fix this immediately at our request.

How is it that a television, which shows normal channels this way, is sent to be fixed for the Youtube.com and Netflix issue (5,000 TL), and when it comes back, the normal channel image is also distorted, and on top of that, they falsely claim that it was like this when we gave it to them? Moreover, they ask for an additional 10,000 TL to fix it. When the Youtube.com image issue is resolved, the normal channel image gets distorted, and they say there's nothing that can be done about it. Is there anyone who can provide clear information on this matter? Even if that's the case, sending two small children and claiming it was like this when we received it due to the children's lack of knowledge, and insisting on this over the phone, we had the Youtube.com fix undone and took our television back as it was. We couldn't get any support from the service and were left struggling for 10 more days.
