Uhmingle $9.99 Unban Fee After Wrongful “Explicit Messages” Ban

While using Uhmingle, I was suddenly banned without any valid reason. The ban screen I received states that I was banned for “Explicit messages” and shows a ban ID of 48bf93b4, and even offers to remove the ban for a $9.99 payment. However, I did not send any explicit or inappropriate messages. The only thing I wrote was a positive comment about food, saying that the food was so good that someone “put their foot in it,” which is a very common and harmless phrase to describe delicious food. As a result of this situation, my IP address appears to be completely banned and I can no longer access Uhmingle at all. Being banned and labeled as having sent explicit messages for such an innocent comment is unfair and damaging, and I find it unacceptable that the only option shown is to pay in order to have the ban removed. I request that my ban, including the IP ban, be urgently reviewed and lifted, and that my account access be fully restored without any payment. I also ask that this warning and the reason stated on your side be corrected, and that I receive a clear explanation as to why this ban was applied based on an ordinary expression about food.
