Arçelik TV Complaint - Unresolved Dimming Issue, Warranty Replacement Denied

I regret buying an Arçelik television. We have been dealing with a variety of challenges over the past 1-1.5 years. While viewing television, the screen dims and brightens quickly on its own. We've had two separate service teams visit and claim to have fixed the problem, but it still exists. Now the television is acting up again. We asked for an emergency replacement owing to the same reoccurring issue during the warranty term, but they insisted on repairing it instead. I've submitted another service request, but I no longer want repairs; I want an instant replacement. Otherwise, I'll escalate this to the Consumer Rights Authority, creating fees for the company. I do not want to be inconvenienced any further.

There was only communication with me, no other help was provided. I'm talking about my legal rights, saying that I have the right to return/exchange, but I am told to go to Consumer Rights, and then as citizens, we are expected to support local products. Shame on Arçelik.
