Grundig Refused to Mount My 65 GHU 7505B TV and Charged for the Free Apparatus
We bought a Grundig 65 GHU 7505B TV from Vatan Computer, and it was said that the free installation apparatus was included. However, when the Grundig service team arrived, they made numerous excuses to avoid mounting the TV on the wall. When we later requested the free apparatus for the device, which we had to place on the coffee table, they charged a fee. Despite calling multiple times and filing complaints, they closed them as if the issue was resolved and marked them as positive outcomes. Then, as if mocking us, they sent a plastic hanging apparatus to our home and claimed their team had forgotten to install it. I believe they take back materials they don’t use during installation. The service network is extremely poor, and they fail to provide any customer satisfaction. Even when we requested a return, they kept redirecting us to different departments. Do not deal with the Grundig brand, the service is terrible, and the employees are even worse.
