Grundig 55GHU7505B TV Refund Request Rejected Despite Following Return Policy
On December 30, 2024, I purchased the Grundig 55GHU7505B TV from the Altus Temizler store in Kütahya. However, I was dissatisfied with both the picture and sound quality and requested a return within one week, as allowed. The service team visited my home, performed an inspection, and asked for my IBAN to process the refund.
Today, I was informed by the authorized service in Kütahya that the return would not be accepted and that they would instead be scheduling another setup visit. They claim that certain products are not eligible for returns, which was never mentioned during the purchase.
Grundig, this is unacceptable! I followed all procedures for a return within the allowed timeframe. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will pursue my legal rights.

They responded to my complaint and said they would resolve the issue. I called again and received negative feedback saying it wasn't working. A product return shouldn't be this difficult, you didn't help at all. The authorized company selling the product did not provide any information either during the sale or the return process.
