65-inch LG TV Installation And Assembly Problem (High Service Fee Request)
I purchased a 65-inch LG TV, and Vatan Bilgisayar delivered it seamlessly to my home in a closed box. However, due to the absurd practices and pricing of the service, I couldn't call for installation. I want to install the TV with a movable wall mount, but they demand an extra ₺1000 for it. When I objected, they refused to install it on plasterboard or brick walls, insisting on a cliché installation. Consequently, I can't get my TV installed. I chose LG for its quality, but now I deeply regret it. When I called customer service, they claimed that according to the procedure, fixed mounts are free, but movable mounts are chargeable. Is it normal for a service to charge as much for a movable mount as a service visit? Is it normal for them to complicate matters when you raise objections? Despite multiple calls to LG customer service, they provided no solutions and claimed they couldn't comment. I request assistance in resolving this matter.
