Grundig gdf 6502 Dishwasher Quality and Performance Issues

On June 1, 2020, I purchased the Grundig gdf 6502 6 Program dishwasher online. It did not meet the expected performance. All of my household appliances, except for the refrigerator, were also purchased on the same website, preferring the Grundig brand. None of these products, including the dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and electric vacuum cleaner, met my expectations. Even after using Grundig washing machines and vacuum cleaners for three years, I bought products from other brands. While I could somehow forgive the dishwasher's performance, the metal and plastic parts of the machine, over approximately three years, show wear and tear that you would expect from white goods that have not been treated well for 6-7 years. As seen in the attached photos, the paint is peeling in many places on the metal body, and rust is starting to form. Additionally, there are issues with the paint peeling on plastic parts. Despite contacting Grundig customer support in Turkey, I did not get results, and my problem was not given enough attention. Moreover, the problem was not resolved, and the only proposed solution was to replace the metal body, which also required significant additional costs. I regret choosing Grundig. I am dissatisfied with both the products and the after-sales service.
