Can't Get My Money Back From Groupon



Hey there, fellow online shoppers, I'm sharing my story to warn you about the Groupon Mall ordeal I've been through. When we signed up for Groupon Mall, aiming to kickstart our e-commerce journey, we started off with small orders. Initially, we made payments of $3-5, but soon, larger orders started rolling in. And when I say small orders, I mean I made a payment of $1000, and now, I can't seem to get that money back. I placed a new order, but since I haven't processed it, I can't withdraw the funds. I feel like I've been scammed by the company, and I'm $2850 down because of it. I've reported the situation to the authorities, but I'm not sure about the outcome.
