I Paid ₺640 for Full Insurance with Green Motion but Got No Help After Tire Blew Out

I rented a car through Obilet from Green Motion for one day, between July 19–20. On July 20, while driving in Üsküdar, the tire suddenly blew out. I immediately checked for a spare but found there wasn’t one in the car. I had no choice but to call a tow truck, which took the car away. What made things worse was the lack of any assistance from the rental company. They left us completely stranded under the blazing sun with no alternative transportation or support offered.

I ended up having to rent another car through Tiktak just to get home, which cost me an additional ₺500 out of pocket. On top of that, I had paid ₺640 for full insurance coverage when I picked up the Green Motion vehicle. Apparently, that coverage means nothing when you’re actually in trouble. Once they’ve taken your money, they disappear.

This experience completely ruined our day, and Green Motion’s failure to provide backup or even basic customer service shows just how little they value their clients. I’m extremely disappointed and demand that they reimburse both the Tiktak expense and provide a partial refund for the insurance that served no purpose. I will not be renting from this company again and urge others to think twice.
