I rented a car from Green Motion Turkey, and instead of letting me know about any balance I owed or giving me a chance to sort it out, they unfairly went ahead and filed an enforcement action against me and took legal steps without talking to me first. This lack of openness and care for customers has made me feel let down by a brand I used to trust. I think this situation could have been dealt with in a better way, but the way it was handled was just not okay.
