Faulty Tires and Poor Service from Yenibosna Airport Greenmotion Car Rental

I rented a car from the Yenibosna Airport AVM branch and noticed the tires were underinflated. I informed the staff, but they assured me it was fine, telling me to just add air and continue. After inflating the tires, I barely drove 25-30 km before the tire pressure warning came on again. The left front tire had dropped to 17 bar, so I called the help line. They gave me the numbers of five partner service centers, but none were open at 11 PM. We had a funeral to attend in Izmir, so we were forced to continue our journey with a flat tire.
The next morning in Izmir, they contacted me and directed me to a tire repair shop. After spending about two hours there, I was told that both front rims were bent. We prepared to return home that evening, but an hour into the journey, the tire pressure warning reappeared. I had to stop at almost every gas station to reinflate the tire. Frustrated, I called roadside assistance again, and they gave me the number of a non-partner tire shop nearby. We ended up paying ₺1200 out of pocket to have the tire properly repaired. The mechanic in Gemlik showed us the poor workmanship of the shop in Izmir that Green Motion had directed us to.
Despite knowing we were going on a long journey and attending a funeral, they gave us a car that had not been properly maintained or inspected. This caused us significant stress, worrying about when the tire might blow out and leave us stranded. I request that the authorities review and address this situation and provide appropriate compensation.
